Executive Chef Andrew Shrensker and former Executive Chef Mihalis Chophouse have put a twist on classic steakhouse dishes. Keeping with our traditional steakhouse cusine, Andrew has raised the bar with larger cuts of meat and a few new dishes such as the Corn Tortellini, Sausage and Penne Pasta and Pesto Crusted Salmon. Along with our already loved Rack of Ribs, he will delight your palette with his Beer Battered Ribs served with a Pineapple BBQ dipping sauce.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, he has had the diverse experience of working as Pastry Chef at Oakley's Bistro, Indianapolis, IN to Executive Sous Chef of Forest Hills Country Club.
